4 August - meet Margaret Maria Verney at Claydon House.

7-8 August 11am-5pm - 'A Fete for Florence' at Claydon House.

8 August - BBC Radio 4 Sunday Worship at St Thomas’

11 August Mark Bostridge Florence Nightingale talk at the British Library.

13 August - 10.30am - service at St Margaret’s Church, East Wellow.

13 August - 2pm service at Derby Cathedral with the Bishop of Derby officiating and with members of the QAMC, Derby nurses and in the presence of the Lord Lieutenant.

13 August - 7.30pm - Great Malvern Priory, lecture - Florence Nightingale, the Respectable Rebel by Lucy Adlington of History Wardrobe.

13-15 August exhibition / events in Derbyshire: including a heritage village trail.  

OCTOBER

6 October - meet Parthenope Verney at Claydon House.

9 October - 2pm and 7.30 pm - The Malvern Water Cure, re-enactment in the Coach House Theatre, Malvern.
